Dahn Yoga & Health Centers, Inc. celebrates the achievements of 14 different healthcare professionals who have made a difference in the lives of their fellow staff members and patients around the country.
Jackie Addis of the Cedar Crest, New Mexico, Body & Brain Center, is one such individual. After discovering the many Dahn Yoga benefits through the holistic healing exercises, she decided to teach a weekly class in order to help her patients and coworkers thrive.
Lea Ramos is another instructor who has changed the lives of others. The standout Dahn Yoga community member works at the integrative medical practice Optimal Health Primary Care in Henderson, Nevada, and has left her students beaming.
“The class was great – amazing,” says Donna, a licensed practical nurse. “You have this tingling sensation that makes you alert and awake. You feel really good about yourself. I had a huge burst of energy.”
Other notable teachers include Katie Brisley-Logue of New York City and Gregory Quinn of Wayne, New Jersey.
Those who practice Dahn Yoga often report feeling a balance between their bodies and minds, and an improvement in both their physical and emotional states. Individuals who immerse themselves in the Dahn Yoga community may also help foster the flow of Ki energy throughout their body and offer a boost to their overall health.
